As our products are classified as sanitary items, we have a firm "No Return Policy" in place.

This means that any returned sanitary products, even if claimed to be unused, unworn, and unwashed, cannot be resold.

Faulty Products

Our return policy exclusively covers faulty products. In such cases, we kindly request that you send us photographs depicting the issue with the items received within 15 days of delivery to minimize any inconvenience on your part.

Once we have reviewed the matter, we will take appropriate action, which may involve sending you a replacement or offering a refund or store credit equivalent to the value of the faulty product/s.
